Meeting costs
To ensure the sustainability of this meeting, there is a registration fee for attendees, including session leaders and speakers. Payments must be made via bank card, as invoicing and check payments are not accepted.
Registration fees are waived for researchers currently residing/working in Low- or Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). We will refer to the World Bank classification for LMICs, as it is rigorously defined, widely accepted, and regularly updated. Subject to the availability of funding, we have a limited number of travel stipends to offer those who currently reside/work in LMICs.
Please note that HCA is unable to offer discounted registration fees to other attendees, including session leaders, speakers, and poster presenters.
In-person tickets: Your registration fee includes access to all sessions, continental breakfast and lunch from 9-11 June, the poster reception, and access to event recordings on the event website. It does not include travel and accommodation.
Virtual tickets: Your registration fee gives you access to all live-streamed plenary sessions and breakout sessions and access to event recordings on the event website.
